Sale of Electronic Goods

All electronic goods purchased from My Tech World Repairs are covered by a 12-month return to base warranty. This warranty specifically covers manufacturer faults and excludes any physical or accidental damage. If a product is deemed faulty, it must be fully tested by our technicians before a replacement can be offered. The testing period usually takes approximately 24 hours. In the event that the fault cannot be reproduced, no exchange will be authorised. Any exchanged products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and any free products that were included.

1.2 Refunds and Replacements

We do not offer cash refunds for products purchased from our store. Instead, we provide in-store credit notes for eligible returns, unless otherwise stated.

Repair Services

2.1 Warranty

All repairs conducted by My Tech World Repairs are covered by a 14-day warranty period. This warranty specifically applies to manufacturer faults related to the replaced parts during the repair procedure. Please note that the warranty does not apply to software repairs. If the replaced part shows signs of physical damage, such as a broken screen or liquid damage, the warranty will be voided.

2.2 Data Loss

My Tech World Repairs cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair procedure. We strongly recommend backing up your data before submitting your device for repair.

2.3 Unclaimed Repairs

If repairs are not collected within 28 days of notification, they will become the property of My Tech World Repairs . This is necessary to recover our costs, and the unclaimed repairs may be sold without any prior notice.

2.4 Collection Requirements

A valid repair receipt must be presented in order to collect any repaired devices. If a receipt cannot be produced, valid identification is required for collection. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
